Job summary
Solenergy Systems Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise, execute, inspect, and coordinate all maintenance works on our power plant site in Pampanga.
The role includes daily operation management duties and overseeing site personnel to ensure smooth performance and reliability. The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Electrical Engineer credential, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in power plant facilities and a strong focus on safety, reporting, and asset management.
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical Engineer required.
- Background in power plant facility maintenance.
- At least 1–2 years of related work experience.
- Preferably SO2 officer and/or certified First Aider.
- Preferably with RME (Responsible Mechanical Engineer).
Responsibilities
- Supervision, execution, inspection, and coordination for all maintenance works on site.
- Performance of daily operation management functions including supervision of site employees.
- Execution of power plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on site.
- Generation of reports for plant updates, performance, HSE requirements and other documentation.
- Management of power plant assets.
- Analyze and generate solutions for potential plant problems and issues.
