Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in the industry is highly preferred.

• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
• Review and recommend improvements to HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Supervise and coach HR team members to ensure quality service delivery.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
