The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions across multiple manufacturing and plantation sites. Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in handling diverse employment cultures and fostering inclusive workplace practices.
Strong technical knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, HRIS, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
