Job summary

Maya is seeking an Human Resources Intern for its SRPPE Team to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee experience, and process improvements.

You'll work across knowledge management, employee communications, and user journey analysis to improve internal resources and processes. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and contributing to automation initiatives within People Group.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Experience with documentation, operations, and/or process improvement projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Interested in HR operations, technology, and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities
