Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management & Employee Communications: review and update resources for accurate employee information.
• Employee Support and Experience: help improve access to HR information and support by reviewing user journeys and gathering feedback.
• Process Improvement and Automation: support data preparation, system validation, documentation, and process support activities.
