Colas Rail Philippines Inc. offers a paid internship to support the project team with HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of HR activities.
The role provides hands-on experience in a project environment, involving documentation, reporting, and collaboration across departments.
PAID INTERNSHIP!!! | To provide administrative and operational support to the project team, including assistance with office administration and fleet-related activities, while gaining hands-on experience in a project environment.
Includes but is not limited to the following:
1. HR Administration
Assist in daily HR administrative activities, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Support the preparation and monitoring of HR forms, reports, employee records, and correspondence.
Maintain organized and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Assist in updating HR databases and trackers.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
Support the preparation of recruitment documents and candidate endorsements.
Assist in coordinating pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
Help facilitate orientation and onboarding documentation for new hires.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Projects
Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist in preparing communications, presentations, and materials for HR initiatives.
Participate in HR-related projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Help gather and organize data for HR reports and analytics.
4. Coordination & General Office Support
Coordinate with employees and various departments regarding HR-related requirements.
Assist with monitoring and processing HR-related documents and requests.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as required.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Must be enrolled in a 4-year course in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum requirement of 486 internship hours.
Endorsement Letter from the university.
Willing to sign MOU/MOA (Voluntary interns must provide MOU/A from their respective university)
Willing to provide Certificate of Completion
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
