Job summary

A progressive digital solutions company is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist in HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from HR professionals, and the potential for full-time employment after successful completion. Interns will support recruitment, attend to employee inquiries, and participate in various HR-related tasks. Ideal candidates should be 4th-year students with foundational HR knowledge and strong communication skills, willing to work on-site up to five times per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a 4th year student.
• Open for OJT / internship (voluntary accepted).
• Minimum 3 months internship duration is required.
• Foundational knowledge in HR Management and Administration required.

• Provide general support and assistance to HR operations.
• Attend to employee concerns and inquiries.
• Assist in administrative and HR-related tasks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the HR General Manager.
