KMZD GROUP in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement for outsourced staff. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing.
You will maintain 201 files, support onboarding, monitor performance, and collaborate with department heads to resolve concerns while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company policies.

Manage employee relations for outsourced employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies
Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing for outsourced employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll deadlines
Maintain and update 201 files and other necessary employee documentation for outsourced staff, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with local labor laws
Oversee the onboarding process for outsourced employees, including the signing of contracts and conducting orientations to ensure proper integration into the company
Monitor outsourced employee performance, assist with performance evaluations, and provide support to department heads in managing outsourced teams
Draft and issue notices, such as Notice to Explain (NTE) and disciplinary actions, based on incident report, work performance, and behavioral issues of outsourced employees
Ensure outsourced employees comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including assisting with legal compliance for labor standards
Assist with exit processes, including clearance procedures, and ensure all company property is returned
Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and ensure timely submission of pay-related documents, such as DTRs, for outsourced employees
Initiate and implement engagement activities for outsourced employees or those directly employed under the company to promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and office administration
Experience with payroll software and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional certifications in HR, payroll, or labor law are a strong advantage
