Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in the Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to partner with business leaders to address workplace concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

You will lead investigations, guide managers on HR policy, manage grievance cases and documentation, and support engagement initiatives while maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders across HR and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience with strong Employee Relations background.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
