Job summary

Playtime Entertainment Corp. is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders in shaping people strategies across the organization.

You will advise on policies, workforce planning, and organizational design, while driving change, performance management, and talent development. You will support recruitment strategies, handle employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to learning, culture, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience including an HRBP or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into HR solutions
  • Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects
  • Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
  • Identify talent gaps and support succession planning
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and labor laws
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
  • Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
  • Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management skills
  • Promote company values and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support employee engagement surveys and action planning
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
