Job summary

ACCPRO International in Bulacan is seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead end-to-end hiring operations on-site. You will develop sourcing strategies, coordinate IQ tests for applicants, and work with agencies to fill vacancies across departments in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HRM and at least two years’ experience in recruitment within manufacturing. You will maintain the talent databank, enroll new hires, and prepare regular manpower reports to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer in manufacturing.
• Experience in sourcing and coordinating IQ tests for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Implements sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinates IQ testing for applicants and liaises with agencies on results.
• Coordinates with agencies to fill vacancies across departments.
• Maintains and updates the talent databank for easy access to candidate information.
• Processes enrollment and encoding of new hires before payroll cut-off.
• Prepares daily and monthly manpower updates and recruitment efficiency reports.
• Files documents in employee records and maintains 201 files for references.
• Prepares and completes Monthly Recruitment Reports.
• Conducts Job Caravan as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implements sourcing strategies to tap the most number of qualified candidates per vacancy.
• Conducts IQ test to all job applicants and coordinates results of the test. Coordinate with agencies the test result of all endorsed applicants.
• Coordinate with agencies the vacant position in all department or company.
• Establish, maintain, update and enrich talent databank through continuous networking and sourcing.
• Process enrollment and encoding of newly hired employees (direct) before cut-off for payroll.
• Prepares and submit daily and monthly manpower updates and report indicating latest hiring, separation, and recruitment efficiency and hiring update.
• Files documents in the employee 201 files such as excused letter, certificates, and medical certificate for references.
• Prepare and accomplish Monthly Recruitment Report
• Conducts Job Caravan (If Applicable/needed)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
• Minimum (2) years of working experience as Recruitment Officer in Manufacturing Industry
