Mike Steel Construction Inc. is seeking a qualified HR & Recruitment Officer to join our growing team.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment for office and construction site positions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and HR administration. The candidate should have a BS Psychology or related HR degree, with some recruitment experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

• Graduate in BS Psychology or HR-related course
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is an advantage
