Human Resource Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao City

About the role

The Human Resource Specialist (GPS Helpdesk) serves as a central point of contact for HR products, services, and employee records, providing timely resolution to HR queries while maintaining accurate HR systems and documentation. This role delivers assistance and resolutions to queries and issues raised through HR-provided systems, and separately administers employee records, onboarding, and regulatory reporting to keep HR data accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

Key responsibilities

• Responds to and resolves HR queries on products and services accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritizes, assigns, and escalates cases to the appropriate team as needed.
• Coordinates with relevant teams to reach the best possible resolution.
• Tracks and follows up on assigned cases until closure, taking full ownership.
• Safeguards data confidentiality in line with security policies.
• Serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR Helpdesk tool.
• Handles inbound and outbound HR support with a strong customer experience focus.
• Supports onboarding (orientations, contract signing, documentation) and regularization processing.
• Maintains employees & 201 files and career/promotion records, in both digital and physical form.
• Prepares HR documentation and reports, including DOLE and PEZA compliance reports.

• At least college level (undergraduate units in any field); studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
