Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an HR Specialist to deliver end-user assistance and HR support for a global workforce from our Lapu-Lapu office. You’ll answer questions, escalate complex inquiries, and help maintain HRIS and employee records in line with our policies.

You will work with subject matter experts across HR and other departments, contributing to incident resolution, updating runbooks, and supporting ITIL-aligned processes while ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Frontline HR knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Back Office and Voice Support for ResultsCX employees Level 1 and Level 2.
• Assist with HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs as needed.
• Maintain records and coordinate with staff to ensure timely resolution.

HR Specialist

Full Location: Lapu-lapu - PH

The HR Specialist provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution.

As a ResultsCX HR Specialist , you will be supporting all ResultsCX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, ResultsCX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents.

For incident management, you will support the resolution of entry to mid-level complexity.With increased proficiency levels, HR specialists possess the credibility and confidence to train ResultsCX Customers as required and assist on updating Helpdesk Runbooks and Manuals to constantly update operating procedures based on ITIL standards and best practices.

In addition to assisting customers, HR Specialist may also perform clerical support tasks such as filing and organizing documents, coordinating with staff, and maintaining records in adherence to the company's policies and regulations. HR Specialists may possess proficiency or higher-level skillsets acquired through different certifications or training as part of their scope.

In this role you will:

• Provide Back Office and Voice Support for all ResultsCX employees Level 1 and Level 2 Items as defined in the following People Solutions Center Task Matrix

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
• Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be task oriented, possess exceptional people skills and be reliable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet, copier, fax and other business machines.
• Ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
