  • Strong analytical, observation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, objectivity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and conduct audits across different hotel departments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular operational and HR audits across hotel departments.
  • Review compliance with hotel SOPs, HR policies, and company standards.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, employee productivity, attendance, and manpower utilization.
  • Conduct spot checks to validate actual practices against established procedures.
  • Identify operational, HR, and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Department Heads and HR to address audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure proper implementation and sustainability of improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information, audit findings, and company records.
