Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years in hotel ops, HR, internal audit, or QA.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, HR policies, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, observation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular operational and HR audits across hotel departments.
• Review compliance with SOPs, HR policies, and company standards.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, employee productivity, attendance, and manpower utilization.
• Perform spot checks to validate practices against procedures.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Department Heads and HR to address findings.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure sustained improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and audit records.
