Job summary

Nature Landscapes Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, payroll and HR administration.

You will streamline HR processes, establish wage structures and pay policies, handle employee relations, and provide timely policy guidance to improve communication, engagement and performance. 5 days’ work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Broad knowledge in the area of talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits etc.
• Experience in implementing solid HR policies and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and work relations in Singapore will be an advantage.
• Good time management and high confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Required Attitude/ Personality: Honest, Responsible, Proactive, Dedicated, Problem-solver, Meticulous, Leadership skills, Good team player, Independent, Disciplined, Punctual, Highly self-motivated.
