PERSOL is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with department heads in Bendemeer/Kallang area, Singapore, to understand headcount needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
You will manage performance discussions, payroll processing, compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, and end-to-end recruitment across channels. Diploma holders with 2–3 years of HR experience and strong communication are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Up to S$3,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Partner with Business Units: Act as the primary HR point of contact for department heads to understand headcount needs, assist with strategic manpower planning, and align HR strategies with business goals.
Performance Management: Facilitate and guide managers through performance evaluation discussions, ensuring fair appraisal tracking and goal setting.
Staff Issue Resolution: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and general staff issues professionally and promptly.
End-to-End Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, shortlisting talent, and scheduling interviews.
Multi-Channel Recruitment: Leverage various job portals, social media networks, and government-assisted employment platforms to find matching talent.
Innovative Sourcing: Continuously explore alternative and creative avenues (such as networking events, career fairs, or digital branding) to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
End-to-End Payroll: Process monthly payroll accurately and punctually in accordance with Singapore Employment Act regulations.
Variable Pay Verification: Calculate and verify variable incentives, commissions, allowances, and accurate overtime (OT) claims for retail, operational, or logistics staff.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions, income tax filings (IR21/IR8A), and government-paid leaves (e.g., maternity/paternity claims).
General Administration: Complete additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requirements as assigned by the management.
Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years of HR working experience;
An organized and detailed person with an outgoing personality.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
