The role operates 9am–5pm EST and requires strong spreadsheet skills, data validation discipline, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Remote, international scope with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot reporting experience with contact, company and deal data.
• Background in revenue or sales operations and CRM reporting.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills including pivots and lookups.
• Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements.
• Attention to data quality and repeatable reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards with approved metrics.
• Prepare recurring pipeline and revenue reporting and summaries for leadership.
• Reconcile outputs with source data and investigate discrepancies.
• Audit data quality and correct or route exceptions.
• Summarize changes and trends in clear written commentary for leadership.
