Job summary
Symbos is seeking a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to help clients adopt the HubSpot platform. You will guide customers through onboarding, configure HubSpot to meet their needs, and deliver training to drive user adoption across marketing, sales and service.
In this customer-facing role, you will build assets in HubSpot, assist with data setup and migrations, provide troubleshooting, and collaborate with Customer Success and project teams to ensure successful implementations and measurable
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation or HubSpot role.
- Experience onboarding customers onto HubSpot and configuring HubSpot to meet requirements.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and user adoption principles.
- Experience with platform implementations and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proactive, customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Understand client goals, requirements and processes.
- Configure HubSpot to support needs and workflows.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and user training.
- Build assets within HubSpot and customise them.
- Assist with data setup, migrations and platform configuration.
- Provide troubleshooting and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and project teams.
- Monitor onboarding progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot features, functionality and best practices.
