Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines seeks a CRM Champion to drive HubSpot implementation and ongoing management across three businesses. You will build, configure, and optimize the CRM, design workflows, dashboards, and reporting, and drive data quality and user adoption among about 20 users.

You will collaborate with leadership to establish governance, provide training, and support continuous improvement. On-site at Clark, Pampanga with full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM implementation, administration, or consulting.
• Experience implementing and managing a CRM platform.
• Strong HubSpot experience preferred.
• Experience configuring CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience training or supporting multiple CRM users.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Assess processes and translate requirements into CRM workflows.
• Design structures, pipelines, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure CRM scalability across three businesses.
• Maintain data quality and governance.
• Provide user training and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor CRM usage and system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with technical support as needed.
