Qualifications

• Proven HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub/CRM and CMS.
• Strong ability to create and optimize landing pages and forms.
• Data-driven decision making with campaigns and analytics.
• Experience with email, automation, lead scoring and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot across platforms, ensure data quality and governance.
• Design, build and optimize landing pages, forms and conversion paths.
• Build workflows, lead routing, nurture sequences and dashboards.
• Improve lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and retention across channels.
• Plan and optimize campaigns, budgets and attribution.
• Support remote team and document processes and SOPs.
