MicroSourcing is hiring an Email Marketing - HubSpot Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will leverage HubSpot, email marketing, segmentation, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools to drive leads, engagement, and revenue in a hybrid, day-shift role in Eastwood, QC, Philippines.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing including campaign execution and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, reporting).
• Experience planning and executing digital campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience managing or supporting email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other digital touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience analyzing digital campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, build, QA, schedule, and deploy digital marketing campaigns across email and other channels in HubSpot.
• Execute lead generation, nurturing, engagement, conversion, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Develop and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other touchpoints to boost engagement and conversions.
• Build targeted audiences using lifecycle stage, ICP, behavior, and campaign activity.
• Create personalized experiences using segmentation, behavioral targeting, and automated logic.
• Build and manage automated customer journeys for key initiatives (lead nurture, onboarding, winback, etc.).
• Configure behavioral triggers based on website activity and campaign interactions.
• Support lead generation and demand generation, ensuring proper routing to Sales with engagement data.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI; identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align campaigns with growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate campaign and CRM data for reporting and attribution.
