Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Manila is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to design and manage automated marketing journeys in HubSpot across the full lifecycle. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automated marketing journeys in HubSpot.
• Experience with behavioral triggers and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated routing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels, and marketing automation principles.
• Experience analyzing journey performance using conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated customer journeys in HubSpot across lifecycle stages.
• Configure triggers based on pages viewed, engagement signals, and checkout events.
• Maintain audience segments by lifecycle stage, value tier, ICP fit, behavior, and engagement.
• Manage lead scoring models and automated routing to Sales with context such as source, score, pages viewed, and trial status.
• Run automated journey and lifecycle tests against control groups to measure impact.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-off points and automation opportunities.
• Report on journey performance and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure journeys support engagement and handover.
