Shore360 is seeking an experienced CRM Champion to lead CRM implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization across three businesses. You will work with leadership and ~20 users to improve data quality, adoption, and processes while aligning the CRM with operational goals.

The role prioritizes HubSpot experience but welcomes strong skills in other CRM platforms. On-site work in Clark, Pampanga may be required to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM implementation, administration, optimization, or consulting.
• Experience configuring CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing, training, or supporting multiple CRM users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the CRM platform.
• Assess existing processes and translate business requirements into CRM workflows.
• Design CRM structures, pipelines, properties, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure CRM is scalable and aligned with multiple business needs.
• Establish CRM standards, processes, and governance.
• Train users and support approximately 20 CRM users across three businesses.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and user experience.
