Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• Led a division or team in a logistics/hub environment.
• Minimum 4 years in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience handling hub operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies and regulations.
• Lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and assess performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in KPIs for the hub.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage agency teams.
• Handle additional hub operations tasks as needed.
