Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel handling and inventory management.
• Monitor hub performance by achieving Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Support customer escalations with the Customer Support team.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
• Handle payment transactions.
