Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a proactive hub operations professional to support day-to-day activities in Manila, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

You will drive hub performance by ensuring productivity and KPI achievement, create and validate hub reports, and assist the Customer Support team with escalations. The role requires shift flexibility and willingness to be assigned across the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work per team schedules.
• Strong learning mindset; able to handle admin tasks in hub ops.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring hub performance to achieve KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
