Job summary

SPX Express is hiring for a Hub Operations role based in Metro Manila. The candidate will assist in day-to-day hub activities including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management, while supporting KPI targets and hub reporting.

The role also involves assisting with customer escalations, implementing productivity improvements, handling payments, and coordinating with agency teams. Shift work and cluster-wide assignments are required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments is preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
