Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding and sorting parcels.
• Monitor hub performance and achieve Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Support Customer Support team with escalated calls.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
