Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Assistant to support daily hub activities across last mile and first mile flows, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

The role focuses on maintaining productivity and accurate hub reporting. You will assist in monitoring hub performance against KPIs, help prepare and review hub reports, and participate in process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operation including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefing and document minutes of the meeting
• Support in monitoring the hub's performance by ensuring high productivity levels and hub KPI’s are efficiently met.
• Create, review and validate reports of the Hub
• Assist Customer Support team in call outs to solve customer support escalations
• Implement process improvement initiatives & projects geared towards increasing hub productivity
• Handle payment transactions and other payment processes
• Coordinate with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams
• Other tasks related to the operations of the Hub
