Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced hub operations leader to oversee daily hub activities, ensuring efficient workflow and strict adherence to procedures. The role involves leading team briefings, driving KPI improvements, and coordinating with support and agency teams to resolve escalations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 4 years in supply chain/logistics, with proven leadership in warehouse or hub settings and experience in e-commerce fulfilment.
