Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a qualified professional to support hub operations in Metro Manila. The role involves day‑to‑day hub activities, performance monitoring, and report preparation for efficient parcel handling and inventory control.

The candidate will also assist in resolving customer escalations, drive process improvements, manage payments, and coordinate with partner agencies. Shift work and allocation across the cluster are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of related experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Previous leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work based on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
