You will be working with a global customer experience services provider supporting international clients across multiple industries. This is an entry-level role, with full training provided.

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and within service standards
• Use internal systems and tools to provide correct information and log every interaction
• Follow processes and quality guidelines to keep the customer experience consistent
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, and attendance

What we are looking for

• High school (old curriculum or K-12) graduate, collegd undergraduate, fresh graduate
• With or without BPO or customer service experience
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
