Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking a dedicated HRIS Support to join our team in Quezon City. You will facilitate HRIS implementation and provide ongoing client support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HRM/psychology/BA, can analyze client processes, communicate clearly, and work independently or with a team. Willingness to do field work and navigate multi-tasking is essential; benefits include HMO, allowances, and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must be knowledgeable in HRIS software.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation and support of HRIS to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
