Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking dedicated Software Support to join our team in Quezon City. The Accounting Software Support role focuses on deployment, support, and client training to ensure smooth operation and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Accounting Information System or related field.
• Experience with accounting software such as Business Central or Epicor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to do field work.

Responsibilities

JOB TITLE: Accounting Software Support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitates the implementation and support ofAccounting Softwareto enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a degree inAccounting, Financial Management, Accounting Information Systemand other related field.
• Must be knowledgeable inaccounting software (Business Central, Epicor)
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be an effective problem solver.
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
