Our Clients is seeking an HR Data Specialist to maintain accurate employee and organizational data within HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure data quality, resolve discrepancies across HR and payroll systems, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to support efficient HR operations.

The role requires hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a meticulous approach to data privacy and controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Strong data quality and integrity controls with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee master data, org structures, and workforce records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Process and validate data changes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile data across HR and payroll systems and coordinate with Payroll.
• Handle data inquiries while safeguarding privacy and access controls.
• Identify recurring data issues and suggest improvements to data management processes.
• Maintain documentation and provide knowledge sharing.
