Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable employee and organizational data within HR systems. The role handles complex data updates, ensures data quality and compliance, resolves discrepancies across HR and payroll systems, and collaborates with regional stakeholders to support efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and workforce records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Process and validate data changes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls.
• Perform data reconciliation and coordinate with Payroll and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle data-related inquiries and escalations while ensuring proper data privacy and access controls.
• Identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements to data management processes.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing and standardized work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR master data management, HRIS, or workforce data administration.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience is required.
• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, organizational hierarchies, and data integrity controls.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, and sound judgment in handling sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in HR Shared Services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus.
