Job summary

GR8 Global Philippines is seeking a People Systems Analyst (HRIS Analyst) to support, administer, and optimize the HRIS and related HR technology ecosystem. You will ensure data accuracy, security, and usability, generate reliable reports for leadership, and lead projects implementing new modules and integrations.

The role requires 1–3 years of HRIS experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and collaboration with People Operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data structures.
• Strong data management with focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for sensitive information and user support.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvements.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS system administrator and maintain data integrity.
• Generate and distribute HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance).
• Provide technical support for HRIS users across supported platforms.
• Collaborate with People Operations and IT on HRIS projects and integrations.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and governance practices.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Train end users on system functionality and best practices.
