You will assist with onboarding, coordinate paperwork and training, and maintain accurate records while developing practical HR skills in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a HR or business degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As the HR Onboarding Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, supporting our HR function and contributing to the overall success of the business

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring they have a positive first impression and are set up for success
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork, equipment, and training are provided to new hires
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Contributing ideas to improve the onboarding experience and streamline HR processes
