Responsibilities

• Maintains and administers HRIS for timekeeping and employee records.
• Manages company benefits data and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinates with IT and consultants to troubleshoot HRIS issues and generate reports.
• Keeps e-201 file up-to-date and coordinates pre-employment requirements.
• Handles clearances and offboarding processes to ensure smooth exits.
