Job summary

Xerox is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Cebu to support Sales Incentive Compensation initiatives. You will partner with the Sales Incentive Compensation team, configure systems, and ensure timely incentive calculations while collaborating with IT and vendor partners.

The role requires a degree in IS/Business/CS and 3+ years in HRIS with SAP Commissions Cloud experience, plus strong data management and reporting skills. This is a full-time on-site role in Cebu, Central Visayas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, with exposure to Total Rewards or Sales Incentive Compensation systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions Cloud.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects and system enhancements within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Incentive Compensation team to configure, optimize, and support technology solutions aligned with compensation strategies.
• Execute system changes, testing, and validation in support of incentive plan updates and operational needs.
• Support data integration and reporting across HCM and Sales Incentive Compensation platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to troubleshoot, enhance, and sustain incentive systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incentive calculations through system execution and monitoring.
