Job summary

Booth & Partners in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an HR Systems Analyst (Global HRIS) to own administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS and time/attendance platforms. You will serve as the technical expert across the HR technology portfolio, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance while aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of HR Systems Administration experience (support, enhancements, troubleshooting, stakeholder management).
End-to-end experience rolling out and implementing at least one HR system.
Experience with UKG WFM (timekeeping and attendance); Deel HR Platform preferred.
Willing to work in the mid-shift (3 PM – 12 MN) in a hybrid setup (offices in BGC and Aguirre).
Experience in fast-paced or global shared services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

HR Systems Administration & Configuration: system administration, security, stability, and integrity of HR systems.
Global Client & Stakeholder Support: act as primary HR systems consultant for internal stakeholders and client accounts.
Data Management, Reporting & Governance: data imports/exports, reports, dashboards, and governance.
HR Operations: maintain SOPs, employee records, ERP integrations, and HR documentation.
