Job summary

PT Map Zona Adiperkasa is seeking an HRBP based in the Philippines to provide end-to-end HR generalist support. The role will partner with business leaders and employees across HR matters, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, handling IR cases and disciplinary processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology and proven HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in IR/ER, including disciplinary cases, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
