Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks an HRBP for Cebu on a hybrid, mid‑shift schedule. You will be the first line for HR issues and will attend DOLE hearings when required, balancing office work with on‑site duties.

You will handle ERP compliance tasks, monthly HR reports, and local HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with Philippine Labor Code and company policies. This operational role requires a hands-on approach and comfort with fast-paced BPO environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
• 3 years HR administrative experience preferred.
• Role involves onsite responsibilities including attending DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.
• Ground-level operational role requiring hands-on execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Responsibilities:

• Resolution of end- user issues timely with minimal escalations
• Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per pre-defined timelines
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers
• Help manage the regulation process ensuring 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures and the Philippine Labor Code
• Be the first line support for HRBP administrative requirements
• Help answer questions, research and resolve HR issues and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
• Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives
• Oversee and/or support employee engagement activities by the company
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years HR administrative experience is preferred.
• Currently in BPO HRBP Manager roles or Senior Team Lead positions who are ready for promotion.
• This role involves onsite responsibilities, including attending DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.
• This is a ground-level operational role, and candidates must be comfortable with such tasks.
