Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a BPO HRBP Manager for Cebu City with a hybrid work setup (twice a week on-site). You will handle core HR operations, DOLE hearings, and regulatory compliance, serving as first-line support for HRBP admin needs.

A strong background in HR administration within a BPO and a ready-for-promotion mindset are essential. The role requires on-site engagement with employee concerns, timely HR reporting, and implementation of corporate HR initiatives across local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in business studies/administration/management, HR, law, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR administrative experience.
• Currently in BPO HRBP manager roles or senior team lead positions ready for promotion.
• On-site responsibilities including DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.
• Ground-level operational role requiring comfort with hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues timely with minimal escalations.
• Complete ERP compliance and audit activities per timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR monthly reports and trackers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and Philippine Labor Code.
• Be first line support for HRBP administrative requirements.
• Answer questions, research and resolve HR issues with proper documentation.
• Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
• Oversee and support employee engagement activities.

Work Setup: Hybrid (twice a week), but additional onsite presence is required based on business needs such as DOLE hearings, groundwork, or addressing employee complaints. Location: Cebu

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Responsibilities:

• Resolution of end-user issues timely with minimal escalations
• Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per predefined timelines
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers
• Help manage the regulation process ensuring 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures and the Philippine Labor Code
• Be the first line support for HRBP administrative requirements
• Help answer questions, research and resolve HR issues and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
• Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives
• Oversee and/or support employee engagement activities by the company
• Other tasks as may be assigned
