TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a Call Center HRBP Manager for Cebu City in a hybrid setup. You will oversee HRBP activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support people strategies across business units.

Responsibilities include coordinating DOLE hearings, producing HR reports, and promoting HR initiatives while managing employee relations and engagement locally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR related field.
• At least 3 years HR administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in BPO HRBP or senior team lead roles is a plus.
• Willingness to be onsite for DOLE hearings and employee concerns.
• Ground-level operational duties are expected in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve end-user HR issues with minimal escalations.
• Complete ERP compliance and audit activities as scheduled.
• Ensure timely HR monthly reports and trackers.
• Coordinate regulatory processes and Philippine Labor Code compliance.
• Serve as first line for HRBP administrative tasks.
• Document inquiries, research, and resolutions.
• Promote local implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
• Support employee engagement activities and related tasks.

Work Setup: Hybrid (twice a week) but additional onsite presence is required based on business needs such as DOLE hearings, groundwork, or addressing employee complaints | Location: Cebu

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Responsibilities:

• Resolution of end- user issues timely with minimal escalations
• Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per pre-defined timelines
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers
• Help manage the regulation process ensuring 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures and the Philippine Labor Code
• Be the first line support for HRBP administrative requirements
• Help answer questions, research and resolve HR issues and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
• Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives
• Oversee and/or support employee engagement activities by the company
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years HR administrative experience is preferred.
• Currently in BPO HRBP Manager roles or Senior Team Lead positions who are ready for promotion.
• This role involves onsite responsibilities, including attending DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.
• This is a ground-level operational role, and candidates must be comfortable with such tasks.
