Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading successful HR transformations in complex organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management certification is a plus.
• Experience in implementing HR projects in the BPO industry is required.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and adoption of new HR practices.
