Qualifications

• Willing to work 70% office-based and 30% fieldwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and implement effective training programs.

Trainee Development and Performance Monitoring – Coach and guide trainees, monitor their progress, and support them in meeting performance targets.

Field and Area Support – Provide on‑site coaching, training assistance, and operational support to MSS teams across assigned areas.

Reporting and Coordination – Prepare training reports, track trainee progress, and communicate updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement – Work closely with the MSS team and management to improve training effectiveness and promote continuous learning.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four‑year course, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

With at least 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, facilitation, or team supervision, preferably in marketing, sales, or customer service.

Willing to be assigned to any area within the company's operational coverage.

Willing to work on a 70% office‑based and 30% fieldwork arrangement.
