Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to manage the company’s training and development initiatives. You will conduct Training Needs Analyses, craft the annual training plan, source providers, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain training records, administer assessments, ensure ISO/FSSC compliance training, and support onboarding, competency development, leadership programs, and engaging company events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR, L&D, or employee engagement.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP or similar compliance training requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools, LMS familiarity.
• Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs from TNA to annual plan.
• Source training providers and organize logistics within budget.
• Maintain training records and administer assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC and mandatory training.
• Support onboarding, competency development, and leadership programs.
• Plan and execute company events, wellness workshops, and team events.
